He was, CEO-India Operations & Director, VPS Rockland Hospitals Ltd (RHL) as part of VPS Healthcare Private Limited. VPS Healthcare Private Limited spread-heads a chain of 4 Hospitals & 2 Companies [namely, VPS Rockland Hospitals Limited {RHL}, Delhi and Lakeshore Hospital & Research Centre Limited, Kerala.

Mr. Varinder Gulati before joining VPS Healthcare, was Additional General Manager & National Head – PSU Banking & North Head – Corporate Banking with Federal Bank Limited. He joined Federal Bank in 1983 as an Officer and gradually rose through the Ranks to eventually head Corporate Banking directly reporting to the Executive Director, Federal Bank Limited after having a successful stint as Zonal Head – Maharashtra & Gujarat, spread-heading the over-all Operations & Business Development for the Zone having an employee size of 1200+ and business size of INR 10,000+ crores.

He is a renowned Banking and Finance Professional in the Delhi & Mumbai Corporate Circle with the likes of Large Corporates such as JK Tyres, HPCL Mittal, SAIL, Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd. etc. as his Banking Clients. He has completed his Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) from Delhi University. He is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University. Being a Life-long learner he has under-gone trainign and short term Courses from IIM, Ahmedabad, IIM, Kozekode, IIM, Lucknow along with an International Trainign Program from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Germany.
